The only reason we die, is because we accept death as an inevitability

February 28, 2010

So.... I know it's been a while and you all have been looking forward to my next spectacular posting, so here goes.  Spring Break is upon us and I was wondering what people were doing.  I will be down in Fla, playing baseball in the Orlando area.  School is done on Wednesday, which means when I have to meet at the school at 4:00 a.m. on Thursday to leave to the Cities to get on a plane. I will have not slept yet, which means, that I will be very sleepy for my first time on a plane.  Yes, to some it may come as a surprise that it is my "first time" flying on a plane (excluding a field plane).  So, in a way, I will be losing my v-card for flying (or would it be f-card) either way just sounds good.
Today seems like a Friday because I have a lack of motivation and don't want to do ANYTHING, but that could just be my perception of everyday life for me and my overwhelming lack of enthusiasm.  I spent my whole morning listening to a very dry lecture at 8:00 a.m. and just wanted to crawl into a hole and die because it was so boring.  It was like watching the Rosanne on TBS, just annoying, stupid, and mind-numbing.  I only have three days of class this week, but it will drag on for what will seem like an insurmountable amount of time.
Recently, (off topic) I was privileged to view  http://www.gongshowhockey.com/Chirps/page=1/, and increased my lingo in the hockey world.  Mostly, I just did it because the examples and words that they come up with are very humorous and keep me sane during my Mondays.  So if you have time to check it out, please do and "snipe" me a "gino" as they say.

Until then, stay slicker than a Hippo on a Banana tree. (I don't know what that means)
